Saturday, February 1, at 7:00 p.m., come to this reading I've organized. It's called Newfangled, and it's basically me presenting three up-and-coming queer poets: Jeffery Berg, Jerome Murphy, and Justin Sherwood. I plan on reading one or two short poems and then I'll introduce each of the readers. They'll each read for about fifteen minutes. The reading will be at the Bureau of General Services Queer Division, 83A Hester Street (between Orchard and Allen), New York, NY. Go here to find more information: http://bgsqd.com/event/newfangled/. And if you have never been to an event at the BGSQD, you must, must get there and shop, shop, shop. It's an LGBT pop-up bookstore, and they have tons of lovely books and other random fun things to purchase. Plus there's an event almost every night. Please support them.
If you're curious about the three poets, check out some of there work at the following links.
